SuperShot® PRP: Science that regenerates. Results that restore.
SuperShot® PRP – Enhanced Regenerative Potential
SuperShot® PRP utilizes an advanced processing technique to significantly enrich Platelet-Rich Plasma with extracellular vesicles (EVs), including exosomes. By adding a specialized centrifugation step to platelet-poor plasma (PPP), the system isolates low-density, lipid-rich EVs—key components known to support cell communication and tissue regeneration. This optimized preparation delivers a more potent PRP product, maximizing its biological activity for use in advanced regenerative therapies.
How does it work?
SuperShot® redefines PRP enhancement with an exclusive PEG/Dex processing system designed to unlock the full potential of extracellular vesicles (EVs). Using a revolutionary blend of polyethylene glycol (PEG) and high–molecular-weight Dextran (Dex), SuperShot® forms a unique aqueous two-phase environment that gently isolates EVs and other bioactive components—without requiring complex or high-speed centrifugation.
Through this advanced process, valuable low-density lipids like EVs naturally precipitate and are retained within the PRP, creating a rich, biologically active formulation ideal for regenerative therapies. The result is a more powerful, efficient, and consistent PRP—ready to help achieve better outcomes and faster recovery.
SuperShot®: Elevate every preparation with science that performs.
Common Questions About SuperShot
Why Standard PRP Doesn’t Capture the Full Power of EVs
Conventional PRP systems aren’t designed to effectively concentrate extracellular vesicles (EVs)—the powerful messengers that drive cellular repair and regeneration. Because EVs are exceptionally low in density, the moderate centrifugation speeds used in most clinical settings (typically 1,000–5,000 RPM) can’t isolate them. True EV enrichment requires ultracentrifugation at speeds exceeding 100,000 RPM for several hours—an impractical method for routine clinical use.
As a result, while standard PRP naturally contains EVs, they remain at baseline plasma levels—limiting the regenerative potential of the final preparation.
SuperShot® changes that. Its innovative process captures and concentrates EVs efficiently, delivering a truly enhanced PRP designed for next-level therapeutic performance.
Does SuperShot® PRP Retain the Processing Solution?
No—SuperShot® PRP is 100% autologous. The PEG/Dex solution used during processing is completely separated and remains in the discarded platelet-poor plasma (PPP). Only the naturally occurring extracellular vesicles (EVs) are isolated and incorporated into the final PRP product.
This ensures that every SuperShot® preparation contains pure, patient-derived EVs—completely free of additives or foreign materials—ready for immediate clinical use.
Pure. Potent. Autologous. That’s the SuperShot® difference.
Why Choose SuperShot® PRP?
SuperShot® PRP delivers the next generation of regenerative medicine by harnessing the potent biology of extracellular vesicles (EVs). These microscopic carriers are filled with powerful signaling molecules—especially non-coding microRNAs—that play vital roles in wound repair, tissue regeneration, and angiogenesis (new blood vessel formation).
Through its innovative processing system, SuperShot® significantly increases the concentration of EVs and their essential microRNAs within PRP, creating a more potent and biologically active solution.
Unlike allogeneic (donor-derived) products that are processed, frozen, or stored, SuperShot® captures and utilizes EVs directly at the point of care. This ensures maximum freshness and functionality while eliminating risks associated with degradation or donor materials.
Purely autologous. Biologically optimized. Clinically powerful. That’s the SuperShot® advantage.
How Does SuperShot® PRP Differ from Standard PRP?
Traditional PRP systems separate whole blood into three basic layers—red blood cells, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), and platelet-poor plasma (PPP)—based solely on density. While effective for concentrating platelets and growth factors, this process leaves behind many valuable low-density components, including extracellular vesicles (EVs).
SuperShot® PRP takes PRP preparation to the next level. By introducing a second centrifugation step that utilizes a proprietary aqueous two-phase system, SuperShot® reprocesses the PPP to isolate and precipitate lipid-rich EVs. These EVs are then reintroduced into the PRP, significantly enhancing its biological activity.
The result is a more advanced PRP formulation—richer in EVs, optimized for regenerative performance, and refined for quality and safety at every step.
SuperShot® represents the evolution of PRP—scientifically advanced, clinically potent, and built for better outcomes.
SuperShot® marks a major breakthrough in Platelet-Rich Plasma technology—engineered to maximize regenerative potential while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. By integrating advanced bioprocessing innovations, SuperShot® enhances the biological richness of PRP, delivering a more consistent and powerful autologous formulation.
SuperShot®: Precision-engineered for performance, purity, and patient outcomes.
